Have you ever felt like you are not good enough? Do you often feel bad about yourself? Have you ever felt unworthy, incompetent, or unlovable? If yes, these beliefs are negative thoughts. It will seriously affect your mental health, your behavior, and choices. It can be hard to stay positive in hard times. Yet, if you constantly try to be positive you will be able to face the problems and turn it into a challenge instead.

YOU are YOU

Remember that you are special just the way you are. Comparing yourself to others is toxic and will only lower your self-esteem. Truth is, what you see might not be as perfect as you thought. Instead of comparing, you can see it as a motivation to do better. There is only one you in the world. You are special!

Surround yourself with positive people

If you feel that certain people tend to bring you down, spend less time with them. Stop pretending so others will like you. Don’t let other people drag you down. Surround yourself with people who appreciate you, who are willing to help you be a better person. Be with people who accept you just the way you are. Be your authentic self. And you can also start your day with these positive affirmations.

Take a note

List the things that often make you insecure and how you can overcome them. Also, list all your best qualities and write them down. It can be about anything of you. Your talent, your personality, your physique. Recognize what you are good at can help to boost the mood.

Change your belief

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Don’t beat yourself up when you are facing a failure. Give yourself permission to make mistakes and learn from it. Stop saying I am not good enough and start to encourage yourself to try harder. Love and embrace the positive and negative things about you.
